the location was convenient for exploring local attractions i found street parking easily available. the room had a great view of the cathedral. i appreciated the easy self check-in process with clear instructions.
the electric sockets in the room looked old and some did not function correctly.

the location met my needs well, i liked being fairly central.
the cleanliness was a problem for me, especially in the bathroom. i noticed quite a bit of limescale buildup there. it gave me the impression it wasnt cleaned very well.

the room was quite cold. the electric heater barely. there was no hot water in the sink, made washing difficult. i also noticed some loose wiring by the window, which didn't feel very safe.

i found the location quite handy for getting around the area public transportation was easily accessible i had no trouble finding bus stops nearby the building i also noticed a taxi rank just a short walk away making it easy to catch a ride whenever needed
the lack of staff was noticeable there was no one available to assist with luggage or answer questions in person i had to rely on phone calls for any assistance

The room was generous in size. Antique style furnishings complemented the lovely decor. I found the bed very comfortable and the wardrobe was of a good size. Self check in proved to be simple.
I found only two coffees in the room. This was not ideal, as we both enjoy coffee.
